Hitech-Strategies' team comprises of seasoned multi-disciplinary business, marketing and technology executives who have real-world experience addressing the distinctive challenges associated with technology companies.

 Boaz Greuner

 
Boaz Gruener, MBA, brings over 20 years of hitech and business experience to Hitech Stragegies. He held several global senior executive positions at Optibase (Nasdaq:OBAS), CTI2 and Nice Systems (Nasdaq:NICE). At these positions, Boaz was responsible for, and lead, the functions of business development, strategic alliances and channel partners, solution sales, marketing, product management, analysts and public relations. 
Boaz Gruener is a registered business coach and mentor under the Ministry of Industry & Commerce program and has mentored many CEOs and startups. He also served as a co-founder and advisory board member in several Internet and technology start-ups. Boaz lectures at the Recanati business school of Tel Aviv University; the Institute for the Study of Entrepreneurship and Management at the ISEMI College; and has for the past 12 years served as project faculty of the Global Consulting Program of Wharton Business School in Pennsylvania. Boaz holds a B.Sc. in Computer Sciences from Louisiana State University, USA, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University, Israel.

 Alex Rudnicki

Alex Rudnicki, the founder of BD4HiTech, specializes in outsourcing of sales and business development functions for Start-Up companies. Alex served as AVP Sales in TTI Telecom (Nasdaq:TTIL), a provider of provisioning OSS solution to telecom operators, where he developed sales in TTI’s largest account, and increased TTI’s market reach in Europe. Previously, Alex served as VP Business Development at Trivnet, a developer of m-commerce solution. Before that, he acted in various business development and sales roles in Unipier and Mobilitec. Alex also worked in strategy consulting in Shaldor.
Alex earned his MBA from Rotterdam School of Management in The Netherlands and his B.A. in Economics and Computer Sciences from Bar-Ilan University.


 Ron Waldman

Ron Waldman joined HitechStrategies in 2009, bringing a wealth of diversified experience. Ron recently served the CFO of Physical  Logic AG, a Swiss company with subsidiaries in the USA, Israel and Singapore and  as the GM of the Israeli subsidiary. Before that, Ron served as Chairman and CEO of Moonlight Cordless Ltd., a leading provider of video compression software solutions. 
Ron managed the Wharton Program (the Global Consulting Practicum) at Tel Aviv University’s Recanati Graduate School of Management for over twenty years. Ron is currently spearheading the establishment of a similar program - a partnership between the Technion and ESCP Europe, a leading European Business School.
Ron received a BA from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA
from Tel Aviv University.

 Ariel Zerahia

Ariel Zerahia, brings over 15 years of experience in software development expertise in web applications and more than 5 years of marketing development as marketing strategies consultant .Among the projects he has lead are: financial applications, data warehouse applications, audit alert systems, report generators and office applications. Ariel holds an MA in Economics & Business Management from the Tel Aviv University.

 Chanan London

Chanan London is an experienced executive in communications technology and international business with almost 30 years in the High tech industry. Over his career, Chanan held positions as: CEO of Viven, a provider of a platform for creating and delivering interactive content to mobile subscribers; VP Customer Development of Ayeca, a mobile data services management startup; VP Corporate Sales for GEO Interactive Media Group (currently Emblaze Systems) and various Director of Business Development and Sales positions at Comverse Network Systems. Chanan was also part of the team that grew Nice Systems from its infancy stage to an established international company.
Chanan London holds a B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from The Israeli Institute of Technology; and an MBA degree from Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration, Tel-Aviv University.

 Eyal Hartzstein

Eyal Hartzstein, B.Sc, brings diverse experience in Engineering development and a wide technological understanding, whie working for Motorola, Freescale. This experience combined with business projects he took part in, both independently and with Hitech Strategies, provides Eyal with a wide business view and analytical and marketing capabilities. .Among the projects he has participated in are development of business plans, strategic consulting and marketing. Eyal holds a B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

 Ophir Shalitin

Ophir Shalitin is a global marketing expert with years of experience in Marketing and Business Strategy in hig-tech companies. At Hightechstrategies, Ophir specializes in online and general marketing consultancy. Previously, Ophir headed the global marketing department for Finjan (now part of M86), a provider of web security solutions. Prior to that, he was the Director of Product Marketing for Discretix. Ophir also held Business Development, Marketing and Product Management positions for Civcom and Algorithmic Research. Ophir received his MBA and his BA in Economics and Computer Science from the University of Tel-Aviv and he is also a graduate of the Wharton GCP program.

 Michal Yilloz

Michal Yilloz, MBA, is an experienced entrepreneur and project manager. Michal has over 10 years of experience in web site, graphical and animation design within the Internet and television industries (channel 2 and channel 10 news). Michal has founded several Internet portals and services including: www.in4me.co.il - an online advertising platform for Small Medium Businesses; www.Bin4me.co.il - an online banner ads market-place and the portal www.animal.co.il - Animal Assisted Therapy.
